Shipping Policy

Delivery countries:

For orders over €45 – we offer free standard shipping if the delivery address is in Spain or other European countries except Iceland.

If the delivery address is in Iceland, we need to charge at least 80€ shipping fee.

If the delivery address is not in Europe, there may be shipping fee. As for this, please contact us at [email protected].

If you want the fast delivery, we also offer international express shipping with an additional fee. If you need it, please contact us at [email protected]

In most cases, you will receive your order within 35 working days.

The time from the day you place an order to the day you receive it is divided into three parts:

1. the order processing time

2. the order preparation time

3. the shipping time

Therefore the delivery time we mention is only an estimate. And the stock levels are indicated on our website based on stock levels that we receive either from our own or the manufacturers warehouse. Stock levels can change quickly. Even though we indicated In stock on our site, it doesn't mean that the product is actually in stock. By the time of order placement, the item may be sold. Please do not schedule an electrician based on stock levels and delivery time indicated on our site.

Only when the item arrives, the electrician should be scheduled.

Order processing:

The order processing time is within 5 working days.

Order preparation:

After we processed your order, we will prepare your order. Mostly, the preparing time is within 14 working days. Some customized lamps will need more preparing time. If you want to know the exact information, please enquire us with the lamp you want. After we ship your order, we will send you a detailed shipping information email, including the tracking number and query website.

Transport time of free standard shipping:

  • To Spain: 20-60 working days
  • To other European countries(except Iceland): 20-60 working days

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the speed of logistics and transportation has slowed down, and there will be delay in transport. We will do our best to process orders and deliver goods for you in the fastest and best way.

Compensation for late delivery:

If the goods are not delivered on time, we very much regret your delayed receipt of the goods and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the delayed compensation of the goods. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.

Customs duties:

Cancel orders

You can cancel an order that has not been shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed unless it is a special order or customized product.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. All customized products for you cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

All cancellations must be made in email and confirmed by our customer service. We reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee to subsidize the shipping fee once the order is shipped. If an order was shipped and never cancelled, the client is responsible for any outbound and return shipping charges.

Refused shipments

If your parcel has been shipped and is returned because you cancel the order or do not receive the parcel for personal reasons, we will charge 50% of the amount of your order (not exceeding €150) to cover the loss of shipping fee.

Incorrect item received

All shipments with items that were received incorrectly or in error have to be reported to us within one week after delivery was made. We have to get notified by email if the item is no matching your order. We are unable to accept any claims after one week of delivery of the goods. In the event of the delivery of an incorrect item, shall reserve the right to provide the correct product within a period of up to 8 weeks after delivery of the incorrect item. will pay for all shipping cost to provide the new product. If the client does not want an exchange, the order will be treated as a return and restock fees will apply of up to 50%.
