There will be tariffs when the max side length of a parcel is more than 60cm. Generally, this possibility is around 5%. If your order has already shipped, your order cannot be canceled

Once production begins, we cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order. No order cancellations will be accepted for any custom or special products (items not in stock sizes) once production has begun.
Compensation For Late Delivery:

Refuse To Receive The Goods
